We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Once your order leaves our studio, it enters the hands of the shipping carrier. While we package every order with love and protective care, Ruby Crush ASMR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have shipped.

We recommend:

      Double-checking your shipping address before placing your order.

      Keeping an eye on your tracking details (sent to your email).

      Contacting your local post office if your package is delayed or marked as delivered but

       not  received.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist appropriately.
